How exactly can I take part in the campaign?

Your feedback helps us to further develop our products and always align them with the needs of our consumers. We therefore ask that you only submit honest and sincere feedback.

The promotional product(s) must be tested for a certain period of time after purchase. This may vary depending on the promotion. Please refer to the respective promotion pages for the exact test period.

If you are not satisfied, you have the option of receiving a refund by completing the participation form and uploading your receipt. Detailed information on the products participating in the promotion can be found on the respective promotion pages.

The participating promotional product(s) must be clearly recognizable, identifiable and distinguishable on the receipt. The promotional product(s) must only be photographed together with the receipt if the product is not clearly identifiable or differentiable. The following information must be clearly legible on the receipt:

A) Purchased promotional product(s) including purchase amount
B) Name and address of the point of purchase
C) Date of the receipt
D) Receipt number and receipt total

The files can be uploaded as .jpg, .png, .pdf (max. 8 MB).

Who can take part in the campaign?

Eligible to participate are persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and have an EU bank account.

Employees of Beiersdorf AG, all persons involved in the development/implementation of the campaign (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.



What can I do if the product is not clearly labeled on my proof of purchase?

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the product text on the proof of purchase. In case of doubt, we can recognize the promotional product in the photo and can match the proof of purchase accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact our service team. Please note that our service team cannot accept photos of receipts, either by email or post. Please only use the contact form for the respective campaign to send in the receipt.

Why do I have to keep my receipt?

Beiersdorf AG reserves the right to request a copy of the receipt in order to verify participation. If the receipt cannot be presented, the purchase price cannot be refunded.




How often can I take part in the campaign?

The Moneyback Guarantee can only be claimed once per person/household, from one act of purchase, only in their own name and only once for each product from the range of promotional products. These products must be purchased from participating retailers during the purchase period.






When will I know if I am one of the winners?

Each person with valid participation will have find out the outcome of the competition 4 weeks after checking the participation requirements. A confirmation email will be sent if you are one of the lucky winners.
